Imagine your worst experience in with a car repair shop and then x 10. They screwed up a repair and then refused to give me my keys unless I paid for the parts they mistakenly used on my truck. No joke. I had to call the police so that they would have them hand over the keys.
This place sells nothing but junk cars. Then you try to tell them they dont want the vehicle because it will cost too much to repair they make it your fault.
We bought a 2016 Ford Focus from John. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to us about the car and was very friendly throughout the entire process.
DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a 2015 CX-5 and within 14 hours it was making a strange noise under the hood. I immediately brought it back in where they were unable to locate the source and stated that they would need to keep the car overnight. I went back to the sales department explained the situation and asked if I could simply return the car; it was purchased on Sunday and it was 8:00am Monday so no paperwork had been processes. I was told only the manager could authorize that but he would not be in until 10:00. I come back at 10:30 and was told that the manager had not come in due to a doctor’s appointment and would call me after lunch; I was told to “just take the car and go”. Tired of being ran around I contacted corporate Mazda who was finally able to get me in contact with the manager. He was less than sympathetic and told me to just keep bringing in the car every time it made the noise. I was informed that I would be unable to return the car because the paperwork had already been submitted that morning despite my objection.True character can be seen in bad situation, and this dealership is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Please learn from my mistake and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Excellent service...Called when my key broke in the ignition, was able to get my car in 30 minutes later. They provided me with a rental car and my car was ready by noon.

I took my Qvale Mangusta for a pre-show detailing. In addition to the typical interior/exterior detailing, they treated all the leather (seats, dash & doors), and cleaned/ArmorAll'd the engine. The vehicle never looked better. Danny did an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely return.

So the drivers side power seat motor of my '08 Altima decided not to work anymore. I didn't have extended warranty at the time so I was expecting the worst. Thankfully Joe the service writer and Scott the parts manager were able to pull some serious strings and save me over $1,000 !!! Great service. Also kept me updated on the status of my car. Great job guys!
