We are very pleased with this company and how they operate. I have sent other family members there, and they have been back several times.
I was searching for someone to lead me in the right direction. I had places tell me that my car was not worth repairing. i drove into Anderson Auto Repair and Danny found a broken pcv line that not only was causing my car to spit oil but made it run horribly. He charged me a half hour labor and the part which was under 10 bucks. I dont think I can buy a car for that. Thanks Danny for the great service
They hold info, work , and even the brand of paper of Your choice used. But if You do not have any proof, other than their system, a card or paper receipt You can forget about warranty work. Their workers are sloppy. The paper peeled from less than decent work done by the tech. Their thing is "We still need to get paid for warranty work" This is not the manufacturers fault, It Is Bad Techs that is the problem! Now for my truck I have to put receipts in the vault because chances are in a few months My 2017 truck will start to peel as well. Not another penny from Me.
These are dishonest, lying, incompetent crooks. I took my wife's car in for an AC problem early Friday morning. They called me later that day and said she had a high pressure valve leak and it would be $200. I gave the go ahead and they called me Saturday afternoon to say it was ready. We picked it up and the AC stopped working a half mile later. They had told me their work was guaranteed.It was too late to take the car back and they were closed Sunday and Monday. We returned Tuesday at 0700 and left the car. The manager, Jason, called me around 10am and said the evaporator was leaking and it would cost an additional $1150. They had the car for 2 days prior and supposedly use dye to check for leaks but could not find it? He replaced a part that had already been replaced a month before. They made excuses for being incompetent but I gave him the go ahead to fix it as my wife will not drive without AC and I was having to use her car. So he promised the car in 2 days. I went by on Wednesday afternoon to check the progress as the hurricane was coming and they had not even touched it. I had had it with these idiots. I asked for a refund of my $200 as they had not fixed anything and I doubt they actually even did the dye test which they charged me $150 for. The owner, Darren, refused to credit my money back. I asked to see the part he had replaced but he didn't have it. I doubt he replaced it. We argued and he put his hands on me. I told him to never touch me again or I would file assault charges. I left. This is a very bad outfit. I advise everyone to stay away. I intend to pursue the $200 in small claims and I also considering filing assault charges.
Horrible "dealership"!!! Cars don't turn on from dead batteries, terrible selection, and the owner is apparently a racist who didn't care to offer assistance until asked for it and instead just threw the keys at a customer (with cash money) to turn it on. Highly unprofessional and insulting environment!!!

I contacted ATD to meet with my Broker at Sarasota Signature Real Estate when we were stood up by Sign Zoo. Mark came to our office and surveyed the truck and got an idea for what my Broker and his business partner were looking for. I then sent him a picture of a rough idea of what we had in mind. Within a day we had a proof and an estimate. We made a few changes to the proof and received a new proof within minutes of the request for changes.
