        Overall

        The people who answer the phones are VERY rude, not the least bit friendly or polite, not willing to answer questions, and to top it off hung up on me when I politely asked her to why she was being so rude to someone seeking help for severe depression. I was being very nice to her even after she began raising her voice at me, but she was just nasty for no reason. People like that should NOT be working in a facility for mental health.
