Great experience, very friendly staff and they work hard to find all options. They are sure to get you in a vehicle fast
I got my first car through Randash, so I obviously knew very little about cars and what is a good and bad agreement to sign. They got me to sign a contract paying $18,000 on a '98 Ford Taurus. I ended up paying about $8000 before I talked to someone about it, and they showed me that Randash was taking advantage. I got a lawyer, fought them, and got out of my contract. They wanted me to pay the remaining $10,000 to get out of my contract. I broke out of it, and my lawyer got them to agree to just dinging my credit. Three years later, and I'm still trying to build it back up. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They prey on people with bad credit because they know the people won't be able to afford fighting them. My car also required 3 fixes because of my alternator and transmission. Randash fixed it the first two times. I took it to an actual mechanic the third time, and they informed me that those parts were "fixed" with old replacement parts.
I am writing this review about Four Corners Auto in order to save others from getting burned from this business like we were. We found a car there, and the price was right. They told us their mechanic had checked it and it was in good shape. We took it for a test drive and all seemed fine, but we didn’t take it to another mechanic, which was a big mistake. They told us that their mechanic had checked it out and it was fine. After purchasing the car, it started to have a funny smell. We did an oil change, but later took it to another mechanic. They told us that the engine was completely shot. It would cost more to fix it than the car was worth. After reviewing the service record file more carefully, we did find a crumbled repair record that mentioned the exact problem our mechanic had found. We feel that the Four Corners Auto people knew about this problem, but we hoped they would be reasonable if we went and talked to them. Perhaps we could get a refund or some money back.Unfortunately, they did not care. A good mechanic would have seen those major problems. They claimed that they had said their mechanic only did a “safety check.” Four of us were there and heard what they had said originally, which was that the mechanic said it was “fine.” There is no way we would have not had the engine checked independently if they had told us it was just a “safety check.” We have always had vehicles checked, but didn’t do it this time. Always get an independent check on any car. When given the chance to make it right, they did nothing. Apparently, others have had similar experiences with them and have also lost a lot of money. Apparently most of these cars come from trade-ins from Resseler, which are sent to a used car lot in Belgrade. Whatever doesn’t sell there, gets dumped at Four Corners Auto. As we did more research, we found that they do have a bad reputation. Please think carefully before doing business with FOUR CORNERS AUTO. Buyer beware!
Used car shopping would not be something that I would normally give five stars too, regardless of the experience, but I have to say that these guys are really great. I felt like they were super honest and fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, or to buy another vehicle from them myself!
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE NOBODY ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH. I WANTED EVERYTHING TO WORK OUT BECAUSE I LOVED THIS CAR BUT NOW MY FIRST CAR EXPERIENCE IS RUINED. PLEASE FIND A MORE RESPONSIBLE DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH.I bought my first newer vehicle from this company. I was thrilled because on the surface they had really great customer service. I had the vehicle for two weeks when I realized something was wrong with it. I took it into their auto repair center because of this issue and also because I bought the extended warranty though their shop. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! The auto shop could not figure out what was wrong with my car, even though it was pretty obviously the transmission. I took it to them four times in four months for this same problem and every time they told me something new and different was wrong. Not only that, but all the quotes on fixing these issues were really high. I ended up taking it to a different shop to find the problem. Long story short, I took the receipt from the other shop back and they said they would fix everything and that they were so sorry etc etc. Well, after having my car for four weeks and them barely ever calling us to tell us what they were doing and why, they give me a ridiculous bill and tell me all kinds of lies of what they did. When I called them out on these lies, they continued to deny it.They charged us $500 in the end for basically just a new radiator coolant system, because nothing else got fixed, including the problem (the tranny).
