Wow, I can't believe I've never eaten here before! I ordered my pizza, the Sicilian Cowboy, ahead of time to it could be ready when I arrived. I then called back to have one ingredient changed, and they kept me on hold for literally 8 minutes. I could hear them talking to customers, to other staff, and making transactions. I was thinking, "ok, we're not off to a good start with this place - they put me on hold to take care of other customers." Once I arrived however, my impression had changed. I loved the atmosphere, & decor. My pizza was ready (and hot) when I arrived. It came with feta cheese, artichokes, red onion, olives, and sundried tomatoes - it was realllly good and fresh tasting. The only drawback was that for a 12in pizza, it cost $16. :( . Otherwise the place was clean, there is a great view of the mountains, and the food is tasty. I would definitely go back.
The atmosphere inside is very nice, and is decorated like a cabin. Staff was friendly, but service was a little slow. I was beginning to think they forgot about our order. I ordered the small original New Mackenzie River pizza, which came with olive oil, roasted zucchini and mushrooms, and feta cheese. I thought it had a nice flavor to it and the zucchini's green color was appealing to the eyes. However, for $8.75 I thought it was kind of expensive for such a small pizza. Overall, I would probably go back to Mackenzie River pizza, but only if I felt like spending that much or for a special occasion.
Good pizza and it's inexpensive, but their customer service sucks. I put in a call about a rude driver to management, heard nothing. A week later I put a call into corporate and heard nothing back. I order from them at least twice a month for my business and I am always told they are "out" of something...but if I send someone to pick up rather than deliver, I get everything I ask for. They're hit or miss for me.
Excellent exotic style pizzas, thai-pie is my favorite. Not like east coast pizza, all about the toppings here.Be sure to try the house salad with the house dressing, best dressing I've ever had. Great place to bring kids. Atmosphere is great and location on main street couldn't be better.
My husband and I went here once, and the food was pretty good. Customer service was the problem. The employees were snooty when we didn't tip right away (we're accustomed to tipping after we've received a service) and it really turned us off to this place.
If you're after thin crust brick oven style pizza (east coast style) this is the best that Bozeman can do. Great pizzeria atmosphere and adjuct to a very cool Irish Bar (317) where you can sit and sip a quiness while watching a game.
Right off campus this is a popular place for students and professors, good real Chicago style pizza for a good price in a nice pizzaria atmosphere. Perfect for the whole family or a group of friends.
My husband loves Rosa's pizza, but I cannot stand it. The sauce has a weird texture and a strange aftertaste to me, but I think my husband would order from there much more if he had the choice.
My husband and two children had lunch at Pizza Hut yesterday. The waitress was very nice, the food was good and we had plenty of leftovers. Not too busy that we had to wait.
I can see why this a popular high school kids hangout, which may also be why the staff is not particualy friendly, good pizza for cheap especially for Bozeman.
