Overall

I can say that if you order the right thing it is really good, if you order the wrong thing it can be really terrible. So take your own chance, but it is okay food.

This place is very hit or miss...

This place is very hit or miss for me. If you go with the safe options such as mac & cheese (amazing!!!), spaghetti and meatballs, etc., it is out of this world! They have great pad thai and curry dishes as well. I am not very picky when it comes to food and really enjoy ethnic cuisine, so I love the variety of choices, but sometimes when branching out, their food can really dissapoint. I purchased the Gaucho and Monkey Wrench on two separate occasions and was really turned off by the odd combination of flavors. The environment is a bit more like a "dive" as well, which adds to the charm of the local college community, but may not be for everyone. Overall, I think they're amazing at a number of their dishes, but some of them taste a bit off, even for this adventurous soul!

love it

I really enjoy Naked Noodle. Being able to create your own noodle dish is great because that means the whole family can get specifically what they want - really caters to the picky eater.

I love variety so I can't want to try out everything they have to offer.

The only complaint is that the place is a little small and that can get uncomfortable.

great concept

Can't believe this concept isn't catching on elsewhere in the country, or maybe it is. You can pick all sorts of pasta dishes from all different world culinary themes. You can even customize your own, a must try in Bozeman.

great food, that's it.

Offers a vast array of wonderful, freshly prepared pasta dishes. Interesting flavor combinations. Priced high for the limited service, plus they expect you to bus your own table. With a dirty dish cart in the back where you have to scrape your own dish and put your utensils in murky water with everyone else's. Fine, except they have a tip jar on the counter.
