Technician was polite and competent. However, staff and scheduling are completely inept. If you choose Gustafason, expect to have to manage them. They miss appointments, don't return calls. If they say they will send Jorge to your house, that is their way of blowing you off. "Jorge" will always manage to call in sick or have some "personal issues" to delay the call. The one thing on which they are timely.... sending an invoice.
We love Gi Roofers. Great company. Honest people, doing good work. They have been around for a long time and have a fantastic reputation. I highly recommend them all.
Great service. Dont hesitate to call Gustafson for anything you need regarding your roof. Top notch company.
