Good Ol' Boy Heating & Air

I called Jerry from Good Ol' Boy Heating & Cooling and I must say that Jerry and his team were wonderful folks to do business with. Jerry and his team took the time to diagnose the issues I was having with my 6 year old A/C and fixed it within 2 hrs. Their attitudes were very pleasant and respectful. They wore booties in the house to not mess up the floor or carpets. The cleaned up well and my a/c was running 1000% before they left. It was brand new all over again. These guys do excellent work and I would call them in a heartbeat should I need their services again. I'm so glad I found these guys!!! Awesome team! Well I spent 3500.00 on a crap Rheem system that even Jerry told me was crap. Of course that was 2 years after I had the system installed and many service calls later. Then he tells me he will replace the 3 other components that always go bad cause rheem equip is poor quality, I wait for two weeks after he said he will have someone back the next day. I ask him if anyone came by and did the work and he said he didn't know???

What kind of business is this? Will never recommend them to any one, does not keep his word, and uses cheap equipment to max out profit.

Jerry was fantastic!! He is very knowledgeable and really knows how to fix things the right way.
