Where do I begin? Dr. Gorscak is an amazing doctor! He is kind, knowledgeable and always has time to explain everything that is going with my eyes. His staff is beyond any other doctor staff that I have every meet. They are compassionate and helpful. I have more thanks than I can every express. You should all be proud of yourselves. Without each and everyone of you, I wouldn't be where I am today with my vision. Truly the best eye doctors & staff in the state!!!!!

the office help when they set up my apt. gave me a quote on how much it will be with my ins. when i got the bill they said there was a misunderstaning on the price. they never called my ins company to see what was covered. if you get a quote from them make sure they give you a hard copy so there is no misunderstanding

Excellent service and great experience. Was able to get exactly the kind of treatment I needed for my eyes, glaucoma. Dr. Gorscak was very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

The Office Manager Derek does not want to be called Mr. Derek, he got angry because I called him Mr.. This office manager displayed rude and vindictive action toward me, the insurance company didn't pay $150 dollars of my sons bill when contacted the insurance company I was advise that the bill was sent back for correction and the doctors office didn't return it in a timely fashion. My son eye appointments was being cancelled out of the system with out notifying me the parent. My sons has a very serious eye condition that has to be monitored it's really crazy what this office is doing for a measly $150 dollars. The Insurance company called the doctor's office to speak with Derek and when she advise him of the subject before she could say that I was on the telephone he said Oh No Not Her Again

I told him he was very rude. The insurance company paid the $150 dollar bill. This OFFICE MANAGER SAID YOU _ _ _ _ _ NEED TO PAY YOUR BiLLS. i TRIED TO CONTACT DR. Lee S. Friedman, to no avail did he return my telephone call, this makes on wonder does Doctor's value there Patients or are we just a number. Be aware.

My experience with FL EYE INSTITUTE was bad. I made the appt. for 9/16/14 through the Wellington office for the Boynton Office. They failed to inform the staff at Boynton Beach; I had to wait 45min. Technician did the exam incorrectly as discovered after purchasing 2 pairs of glasses, a $500 investment. Returned and waited 45min. Both eyes were redone. I do not recommend this company.
