I want to thank Alpine Safe and Lock for there amazing response time professional yet amazingly personal service. Drew called me back in minutes about my safe. he took the time to ask solid questions to determine what our next step would be. He really cared that I was in a difficult situation and his main concern was that he didn't destroy my safe in the process of opening it. After calling several lock smiths prior his estimate was by far the most reasonable and realistic. I did end up finding the back up key and now must order a new key pad system. He will absolutely be the one I call to install it. Alpine Safe made a smart move employing Drew and I am now a customer for life with Alpine. I will be recommending this company to anyone who seeks my advise in what lock smith to use. Well done.
