Just got new iphone-- which is not working properly. After long wait, store reps tried to install updates-- which didn't work. Second visit, same experience. Rather than replace, reps say I must take for repair in Boca. Business owners can't afford service this bad.
I've been to iFix And restore to repair my iPhone 6+, the quality of the service far xceeded my expectations, I couldn't tell any difference as when my phone was new and as after repair. Friendly staff, they've done an awesome job! I'd recommend them to anyone...
Horrible Service. Purchased a Groupon for the 6 Plus screen repair for my girlfriend. She went there and they refused to honor any portion of the Groupon because she had a 6s Plus... THEY ARE THE SAME PART?? Even Apple does not charge any difference between the two. This place is a scam and did not even make an attempt to work with us in any way shape or form. Avoid this place like the plague.
I went to this store today with my husband today because he was having an issue with his new iPhone and it needed to be traded in. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with BERNICE. To say that she was the LAZIEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL woman in the store would be an understatement. We needed to start the new phone and asked her to take us through the steps. She said she didn't have time for it. She refused to help us set up a 4 digit password and would not show my husband how to restore from iCloud. When I asked to speak to a manager she said he woman was "in the back counting money" and that we could wait until the store closed. I asked to be reassigned to a different CSR and she refused. I had to physically get up and find another person to help set up our password and email. We had a horrible experience and would like to complain to the district supervisor. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.
A friend of mine was at this store today and was ridiculed by management and staff. Mat was the associate who was extremely rude to her. Do not go here!
i purchased an iphone an hour ago, got home and realized they gave me the wrong gigs. went back into the store right away, less than an hour later, and they told me they were going to charge me a restocking fee of $70. Florida law states that I can cancel any contract within 72 hours without penalty.
And time you want great people to deal with this is the store to go to
