I know some guys that worked with this fella Randy, and they never got paid. Also he did some work for my mother, and did a really bad hack job! My friends ended up going to my moms to fix what he was suppost to. They felt bad cause my mother is old and broke. That didn't stop Randy from ripping her off! LOSER, CRACKHEAD(fact), Herion addict! He drives a brown work truck, and a red work truck! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Randy Namath took half my downplaying and disappeared, he has refused to answer my calls. Called better business bureau and he did not respond to their letters. STAY AWAY. he has 2 business addresses - 169 Milk street, Westboro, MA. He goes by different names, changes names of his company.

Please stay far away from Randy and Residential Roof and Gutter Systems. Randy Namath is not a licensed contractor (his license expired in 2003), and he has an F rating from the BBB.



I had the same experience as the other recent reviewers. Randy cashed my check for $700 on August 5 - a 50% deposit for roof work he claimed would be done within 3 weeks. For 3 months, I called him several times a week, and if/when he answered, he had an excuse - the weather was bad, he didn't have the right equipment that week, he lost his cell phone, etc. I gave him a deadline of October 28 to complete the work, and he never responded to that request (and I've continued to have water damage each time it rains because my roof was never fixed).



I filed a complaint with the BBB as well as a police report, and I'll be pursuing action against him in small claims court as well as with the state licensing board.



DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I would never recommend Randy. We were looking to get work done on our roof and gutters. He took a deposit and said he'd be in touch in 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks went by without a word, we called him and he said he'd call us back in a few days. Never heard from him. We called again and again and he kept putting us off. We finally nailed down a date for him to come to the house and he called 10 minutes before he was supposed to arrive to reschedule for the following day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for our money back.

Stay away. He is a bum and a rude, sloppy, dishonest workman who takes advantage of people's trust and does not stand behind his work.

I hired Randy Namath (owner) to do ice removal on my house in Boylston. We were having water dam problems and he knew it. Randy came out the next morning and told me it would cost $1800 to remove the ice. Keep in mind my house is a 1 story 1500 sq ft cape. My insurance company advised me to have the ice removed ASAP so we hired him.



Long story short, on day one, one of his workers backed into my car and caused $500 in damage. Randy threatened me to not go through the insurance company and asked me to take it off of his bill. I agreed. His crew worked for about 6 hours total and promised me he'd come back and repair any damaged shingles he may have caused. I had him put it in writing.



In the following weeks, one of our sky-lights in the living room began to leak (in the area they were working). As the snow melted, I noticed they also used my grill to stand on to get on the roof and completely ruined it. The grill is worth roughly $500.



I finally had a chance to go on the roof and see the damage. There are approximately 100 shingles that have been completely demolished. The shingles have been either completely torn off, or there are huge chunks taken off of them. You can see the marks from the back side of a hammer (claw side) on the shingles and the roof.



This brings us to the present day. Randy has been avoiding my phone calls for 3 weeks regarding coming back to fix the damaged shingles. Keep in mind, I have it in writing that he will return to fix the shingles. He is telling me that I need to give him money in order for him to fix the shingles and that the damage was caused from the winter.



Here's the bottom line; The roof is 3 years old. I have photos of the roof from the home inspection, less than a year ago, showing that there are no damaged shingles. Randy Namath informed me that he'd return to fix the damage he caused and now he's refusing. He's preying on first time home owners and price gouging. I've contacted the BBB.



Now I'm stuck with a broken grill, a leaky skylight and a leaky roof after paying an exorbitant amount of money to a "professional"



Please beware.

Randy and his guys came to us and installed commercial gutters along with heating cables to melt away the ice and snow along with metal covers to keep leaves out of the gutters. We were very please with his services and we would most defiantly use him again and we would recommend him to anyone. He is very reliable and is a good worker.

We used Residential & Commercial Gutter/Roofing Systems to install LeaFree Gutters on our house. We live in the neck of the woods and needed something of quality that would stand-up. Randy is very friendly to work with and will answer any questions. We had a small issue coming off the Dormer after installation, they were out the next day to remedy the issue (just a tweak of the bottom of the downspout). We've recommended Randy to others, including my Mother-in-Law. She absolutely loved Randy and felt he was honest and trust-worthy, besides doing a great job on repairing her roof.

Randy and his team did some work on our gutters and roof about a month ago: fixing holes in the roof, replacing some rotten wood, fixing gutters and properly attaching the downspouts. They were extremely professional though scheduling was a little tricky, I think because they're so busy, and because the work could only be done when the weather allowed.



I'd definitely recommend these guys for roofing/guttering work - they work fast and hard, and at a great price.

Rand and his men rebuilt my chimney and installed ice shielding along the edges of my roof. He's reliable, returns phone calls, arrives on time, works steadily, and does a good job. I'd definitely recommend him.

Randy came to us last year and made a new roof and gutters for our house. The roof is done professionally and looks beautiful. The gutter is installed the way we want and work very well. The entire work is done in 3 days, pretty fast.

I have recommended Randy to several of my friends.
