Grays Limousine Service (GraysLimo.com) recently provided me with daily roundtrip service between Central Massachusetts and Boston for a nine week program. The service was extraordinary. The Grays' driver was professional, friendly and courteous. He was never late for a pickup on any inbound or return trip and handled the Mass Turnpike and Boston city traffic with professional skill no matter what traffic or weather conditions we encountered. The vehicles used were always large, clean and comfortable and I was able to do all I need to prepare for my day's activities during the trip. In short, Grays did everything a customer could ask for during the nine week engagement.

My wife and I had previously worked with Grays in connection with my daughter's wedding. Grays provided excellent, timely service in beautifully maintained vehicles. We were very pleased with Grays' service then and Grays did not disappoint us during my recent lengthy encore.

I used grays Rolls royce for my wedding. Steve was great, professional and patient. He treated me like the bride I was. Red carpet, champagne, reaching the door for me at all times added class to my wedding and made me very happy.He made my husband and I very comfortable. "Steve is a great guy" says my husband. The RR was cleaned inside out, and my guests just couldn't wait in turns to take picture with the RR. We used Gray's Limousine for my husband's 30th birthday celebration. They were great to deal with from the beginning! Our driver, Jay, was very professional and respectful. We went to Somerville and he was very patient driving down some of those narrow roads. Great driver and great people to work with! I highly recommend using them.

We used Grays Limousine for our daughters very large Wedding party. We received Phenomenal, Professional yet Caring and Kind service. Our driver Ronnie who was incredibly attentive had to crisscross the city but was on time to the minute, great to the guys, gracious and calming to our 14 ladies and especially wonderful to the Bride. Steve who took my calls was so very patient and understanding even with my 5 phone calls changing plans. My only regret is not getting Ronnie's picture with everyone, but I'm sure we will do that at our next event! Thanks from the Heart Grays, you made the Day even more special. JM Dionis
