I had a big problem with company called Apollo heating and cooling that installed new Lennox units. Sparks came out and replaced the units and did a great job. I now have Bryant units and they were installed correctly and the right size for my house. I found Sparks easy to work with and very knowledgeable and courtesy. Corey at Sparks took a special interest in helping me solve my problem. I would recommend Sparks to a friend.
Omg. Where to begin...We had a brand new Bryant unit installed on 10-9-2013 and it has had nothing but problems. Sparks has been out here at least 15 times and that is completely unacceptable for a new unit. Within the first month of having the unit the heat went out. Unit was not wired properly. Then when the heat set in the unit would not cool. After several visits and freon applications, it was still not working properly. Then a repairman came out to only tell us that we had too much freon. This has become an annual problem. When the Cory came out it to evaluate the situation, he found that the intake for the furnace was non-existent, so 3 years after install we had the "proper intake". Now today, we have no air and there is only 1 repairman working. I called at 12:30 and asked to seen today and have called 3 more times and still do not have any help or air. I called just a few minutes ago only to get Cory's voicemail and guess what... His voicemail was full. This has been the most disappointing purchases we have ever made. If I had to do it all over again we would have a Lennox and a dependable compnay to be there when things go wrong....Brutal!!! DO NOT BUY OR HAVE REPAIRS THROUGH SPARKS HEATING AND COOLING IN BOWLING GREEN, MISSOURI!!!!!! Oh yes, and in the beginning when we were having all the problems, they have no record of that... CONVENIENT OR INCOMPETENT??? You decide!!!
Worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased a furnace and at the time of the sale I was told insulation was included. They went back on their word. It was dropped off by a young boy who we had to help unload it. The boy told us he was instructed to drop it off and help us with nothing else. It is February and we still do not have our furnace installed because we budgeted for the original amount and not the additional $4000 they wanted to install it!
Sparks cannot trouble shoot. A/C cost me 750.00 more than it should. Never use them.
Mr. Baxter, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your total bill from us was only a $75.00 service call fee. We put in a bid to fix your system but that was all. I do not recall anything other than that.
Sparks Heating and Cooling is the best company I've ever had work on my hvac system. They are very nice people and the service was awesome and well priced.
