They tried to steal my phone, my money, and made me feel unsafe with the driving and they way the treated me.
I took a 2-mile trip once before and they charge me $7. I took the same and charged me 9$
I waited 2and a half hours to be picked up from work. The driver acted like it was a joke. Not funny.
I waited forever, no call about being delayed and then this nasty broken down vehicle. Ugh! I will never use this company again. Horrible experience.
Picked us up at 4am. When uber and other cabs weren't working. Literally rambling on because I need 100 characters to write a review. But they were super nice and friendly
I CALL THREE DAYS in advanced and told these people that i have some where very important to be on a specific due date, and to be at my destination at 5:30 am to pick me up when the day comes. ON THE DAY OF i called their services at 5:00 that morning and didn't get a response until 6:23 am. It takes 15 minutes to get to my destination, and it took him over 30 minutes to get there. I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF IT, called back and it TOOK HIM ONLY 18 minutes to drop me off at the same destination with in the same hour. NEARLY GOT PUT OUT AND THE POLICE CALLED ON ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ON THE MATTER, TO GET A UNDERSTANDING OF WHATS GOING ON. He has the nerve to tell me its a personal business and that he cant give the information....You WANNA TALK PERSONAL?...i just quit both of my jobs to work the one i was heading to and ended up losing this one because you people cant get it together.YOU GETS ZERO STARS FROM ME...
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I CALLED FOR A CAB WAITED 30 MINUTES CALLED BACK TO GET HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES !! I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH OWNER WHO WAS RUDE THEY TOLD ME THEY PICKED UP AT MY ADDRESS AND DROPPED OFF AT THE SAME ADDRESS I PROVIDED THEM !!! I TOLD THEM THAT WASNT TRUE IVE BEEN STANDING OUT HERE WAITING MY FOR THEM I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM! I GET OVER CHARGED AND DO THEY CARE NO IM LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS
I contacted komfort kabs this past saturday as I was having car trouble and was stranded at walmart with 3 kids. The first call was at 10:30, in it I was told the driver would be 30 minutes. I tried finding other transportation and failed so I called a second time to confirm the ride. After an hour of waiting I called again to check the status. Again I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I told the driver exactly where I would be located incase my phone died while we were waiting. I waited another hour and still no one had showed. Luckily I was able to find another ride because after waiting for over 2 hours the cab NEVER showed nor did I recieve a phone call saying they wouldnt be able to make it. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, that type of service is just unacceptable.
Late multiple times...and not just a few min late..."I could have made it there quicker by walking" late. There is really no excuse for it. I have found that the woman who answers the calls is better about arrivals coming as scheduled. The man that answers is awful.
Very friendly and polite no complaints would refer them to anyone and they are open 24 hours a day unlike the website says
