About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Sell cars daily but for some reason do not know how to add numbers for a final price. Purchase and then owe more.

Stereotypical car dealer full of lies. Bought a car from him six months ago and still no title. Now the car sits because the temp tags have expired and he is refusing to resolve. Buyer beware.

I bought a used car there that was totally miss represented. The "inspection" the service department had certified has many items signed off that were not working or done. On my first oil change a month after buying it, they want almost $800 to fix those items they "certified"When I told the Sales Manager I would be filing a complaint he hung up on me.

Whether speaking of their sales department or service and parts I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I've had a number of dealings with their service and parts department and they have been absolutely exemplary even if they could not get the part in a timely manner they've been able to point me in the right direction to where I can and most of the time they've been able to get it for me lickedy split, people like Dino in the service department are a credit to their profession. In too many businesses nowadays customer service is almost an oxymoron however the people there understand that it is not an oxymoron it is what maintains loyal business

Recently had service done here. Take it from me, Find another Shop. Tri-State isn't a bad company but the Service manager at this location on multiple occasions has; Overcharged "as in over the coals"; Milked "as in taken two hour jobs and stretched them into 3 days"; Promised completion of a job knowing that I was driving 200 mile round trip to pick up my repaired truck, only to get there and not even have the job started yet. When I questioned why, told me he was doing me a favor by working on my truck in the 1st place and if I didn't like it I could always tow my truck somewhere else. Save yourself a lot of trouble, Money, Time and Anger...Go somewhere else. I know I will next time.

The workers here attempted to rip me off and sell me a $500 part I didn't need. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, try somewhere else.
