The service is horrible they send out one guy that says he puts on parts and doesn’t put new parts on been having the same problem with my fridge for a month they say the will help but you have inexperienced workers for you just sorry never ever have them to work on anything again then had the man manager over service he huffed and puffed the whole time because he was trying to fix the other guys problem the first guy had me to go by Freon at the parts house really they are not professional at all sorry work

I do not understand the negative reviews, Raymond did the plumbing in my new house many years ago, and it was done right, and he charged a reasonable price, I was highly pleased with his work, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Repairman replaced thermal fuse in my dryer. Worked for a couple hrs, then blew again. Tried calling back same day, within bus hrs, no answer. Called next day, said they would send someone out next week when I already waited a week for original appt. Tech was knowledgeable & polite but bad service.
I purchased a heating element for my dryer but soon learned that it wasn't the problem, so I exchanged it for a thermostat with no questions asked. Upon discovering that the motor was bad in my dryer, I then went back to returned the thermostat. The manager then told me she couldn't accept it bc it wasn't in its original package. When I told her I could go find the package she then said it was missing parts. I told her that was the exact parts that she sold me 4 days ago, she could look back on the cameras if she wanted to. She then said she couldn't accept them once they had been installed, which wasn't the case when I returned the heating element. She was also very rude and unsure about why she was saying what and I'm still waiting to hear back from the owner. Very bad customer service!
Failure to complete work with less than honest excuses. Leaving the customerits to absorb extra costs.
These guys came out and worked on a remodel project I was having done. During the course of their work, their plumber talked more than he worked, cracked my new shower that I was having installed and didn't bother to tell me about it (he quietly caulked over the crack), hooked my sprayer to my sink up through the pipes (so I couldn't actually pull it out - it was stuck on the pipes), and then they overbilled me. I would never recommend these yo-yos! Can I give them NO stars?!
Called for an appointment to look at my fridge. Jim came out on time & called before he came. He is a wealth of knowledge. Fixed the problem in short order. If you want a guy who is a technician & not someone who just changes out parts, he's the guy. It is magically repaired.
Called at 1:00 lady said they would page the tech and he would get right back with me, waited around the house till 4, called back , she said sorry she have someone get right back with me, nothing. Next morning 9:30 still no call, so i call them again guy answers phone said he worked late last night, I said don't bother coming since you did not have the common courtesy to call me back an say so you would get back with me.
