I ordered a 6 piece box of chicken only and said thighs only just as long as there were no legs. I get home and I have 3 LEGS and3 thighs. If I ever do return to the drive thru whoever is behind me will have to wait for me to check EVERY PIECE!!!

I was wondering where my drink and shake are?What did you order?I repeated my order at this time it was now 4:03 pm 18 minutes after I first placed my order!How long will it take?We don't have a ticket for you.Okay but I've been waiting almost 20 minutes so how much long will I be waiting?My screen is covered up with ice cream and orders, You place your order now and it will be a while before we can get to you.But I've already been waiting!We don't have that order, I can't move your order to the front, you'll have to wait until we get to you if I put in your order now. What do you want to do? Wow, Rickie.. I so glad they wear hair nets.. and a baseball cap.. So I am sure you might have find hair from your own head.. The manager at this location is awesome..
Ruined lunch today. Had a wad of hair on my double burger! GROSS! Will never EAT There again, I went drive thru and did not find my so called extra until I got home! Very glad I didn't bite into it! When I tried to call several times they would not answer the phone. Lord forbid there is an emergency. Yes I reported it to the Health Dept. so I did my part; but I would stay away if I wanted a burger!

Great food, and quick service for a very reasonable price. Thick burger, two sides, and a large drink for 5 bucks! Can't beat that!
They have always messed up any order that is not a whopper meal deal. Tonight I went through and ordered their 2 for $5 special, and they got both sandwiches wrong. To make things worse, what I got was nearly inedible , and they made me wait for it, even though there was no one else before or after me in the drive thru. The final straw was getting home and realizing they had not given me a receipt, and their telephone number is an old one, listed at least 3 different ways in the local directories. Even their 1-800 number does not work after 10 p.m. Even to take a message!The closest one to me closed about 2 years ago, and that is exactly where this newly remodeled one is headed as well.
This manger shooed be retained on service dog laws in bowling green kentucky
2 trips through the drive through and 2 messed up orders. Told me the second time they would replace my entire order to make it up to me and my family, went back to get it and they would only offer to replace the one meal, instead of what they had promised. Not going back, last straw.
