Stereotypical car dealer full of lies. Bought a car from him six months ago and still no title. Now the car sits because the temp tags have expired and he is refusing to resolve. Buyer beware.
I bought a used car there that was totally miss represented. The "inspection" the service department had certified has many items signed off that were not working or done. On my first oil change a month after buying it, they want almost $800 to fix those items they "certified"When I told the Sales Manager I would be filing a complaint he hung up on me.
Whether speaking of their sales department or service and parts I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I've had a number of dealings with their service and parts department and they have been absolutely exemplary even if they could not get the part in a timely manner they've been able to point me in the right direction to where I can and most of the time they've been able to get it for me lickedy split, people like Dino in the service department are a credit to their profession. In too many businesses nowadays customer service is almost an oxymoron however the people there understand that it is not an oxymoron it is what maintains loyal business
The workers here attempted to rip me off and sell me a $500 part I didn't need. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, try somewhere else.
Please do not buy a vehicle from this place. He does not stand behind his vehicles. My son bought a car here. When we went to have the brakes fixed (we knew it needed some work) the car repair person said that the frame was rusted into between the front seat and back and that this could cause a fatality to anyone in the car if they were hit in the rear end. He said no car dealer should sell a car like that. He said most auto repair shops would condemn the car. We thought the dealer would take it back and give us another car cause he could probably take it to the sales where he obviously got it. He said no, it was not his problem. He did not know anything about the car and we should have known that before we bought it. So if my son dies in this car ---- I guess he will still sleep easy Like I said ---DO NOT BUY FROM HIMWe were planning on buying a car from him and my sister was also. He lost alot of business because of this.
