My Place Sports Bar and Grill

my place sports bar is a real sports bar....cool laid back atmosphere....the bar is huge....you can sit at the bar and not be elbow to elbow with the next person....at least 35 folk can sit comfortably....i counted like 16 flat screens and the place has a cozy atmosphere....me and my boys support this brand....its hard hard to find a bar with a homey feel and that has the coolest and dopest female bartenders too.....the wings...forget about it...my place has the best wings i have ever tasted....the southern fried is like how my grandma use to make it...the fried shrimp are real good and huge...i read the review about the wait staff.....i disagree...the wait staff is typical bar personnel....the bar crowd is a tough crowd with us lushes to deal with and that takes a special group to keep us in line at times...and yeah it takes a while sometimes but the place stays packed.....so females, if you are looking for fine dining go to ruth chris or mortons....my place is a bar!!!!!!!

i visited my place recently and was very impressed.....they are apparently doing something right because there have been so many different businesses in that location that didnt last past a year....i had so many people tell me how good the food was so i finally had a chance to see for myself and it was the bomb...they have the best wings in the area.....try the garlic wings and the cajun spiced shrimp....the fried corn is awesome too! other bars in the area try and duplicate my place but its obvious they are the best especially as it pertains to the food......

My Place is Ghetto meet Suburbs. I went to My Place when it first opened. It had a nice atmosphere, and you would be surrounded by a lot of working class black folks. The crowd is still about the same, but the problem is the wait staff. They are very unproffessional and they could stand to be groomed. Their uniforms are dirty and they walk around with their hats turned to the back...not proffesional at all. The bartenders for the most part are very good and they make very good drinks. My Place could stand to gain a few new waiters and let the ones they have now go! It's very hard to find a black owned establishment, and when you do, you have to deal with unproffesional individuals. When paying my money I want to be treated with respect and I want to be able to have a good time. When it takes twenty minutes to get a menu, and another twenty minutes to get a soft drink (not an acholic beverage), there's a problem. If you are looking a black owned establishment with a individuals with good customer service check out WOW wingery in Waldorf or Halftime in White Plains MD. MY Place is horrible!
