I bought a dress from them in April. Placed it in my closet until the wedding was closer. 2 weeks before the wedding i tried the dress on only to discover i couldnt zip it up. First thought was that i had gained weight. So i went to DB and tried on another size 10 dress to make sure.....it zipped right up and fit perfect. Which meant the dress i bought was made wrong or miss sized. DB wouldnt take the dress back cause i had it hemmed. Which shouldnt matter cause the hem wasnt the problem. They sold me a dress that was a "lemon" or miss sized. They wouldnt even alter the dress for me, by taking the sides out so i could fit in it. They pretty much told me i was $hit out of luck and had to bye a new dress. EVEN when the manager of the Bowie, MD store told me this has happened before....where the dress was made wrong or mis-sized. I will never purchase a dress or anything from DB again. As big of a company they are, they couldnt step up to the plate and take blame or even help me fix the problem. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!
