Awful, the new owner is so rude and unwilling to do anything for you. Before she took ownership a year ago kid to kid was great, but the new owner is ruining there name. She doesn't want to be bothered with buying things and refuses almost everything and refuses to go through them while you wait, she wants you to leave them that way she can rip you off! Or she'll tell you to go to the Layton store if you don't like it! And I called for 3 days in a row several times a day before going in and no one ever answered the phone it went to a mailbox that was full. I made calls and no one could do anything because she's the owner and can do what she wants, since there all individually owned. I called the corporate office and complained but have heard nothing back as of yet. She needs to get it together or sell it to someone who cares and wants to make it work!!!
Anyone reading this: Don't shop at this place! On three separate occasions, by three different sales associates, I was treated so brusquely and unkindly that, after today's negative experience, I've sworn never to go back. If I'd been mean or snippy first, that'd be something different, but to be treated so badly out of the blue is just unacceptable. What a shame that the Bountiful store is so hampered by its poor customer service. In the future it'll be worth the drive to Layton to avoid such mean employees.
