Staff was fairly friendly but once you step into the range things go downhill quick. Range master harasses you, there was also a personal instructor in the lane next to me that was ridiculing me the entire time while telling his fake war stories to his client, over crowded very stressful environment to shoot in. Not worth the money.
My first time at a shooting range. For me I thought it was a good time. Ammo was a bit higher than other stores, if I'd been prepared...the range is inside and it was cold but it was colder out side SO I was wearing a jacket already. Staff was friendly enough (no complaints here).

A great place for first time shooters!!!!The wife and I decided to get a gun. We went to Red's, rented a Glock, did a little target practice, had a wonderful time, brought a gun (Glock 19) and have been going to Red's at least once a month since. Red's is great. The Red's staff is very helpful. I love this place.
I would not recommend this place for a first timer. The range masters are not very respectful to females.
I have had a great time at Red's range bought a gun there as well
