WORST PLACE TO GO TO ! NEVER GO HERE !!!

I went to BrightNow Dental for a cleaning. They recommended that I do deep cleaning. After the cleaning the dentist came to do an exam. He recommended that I need 4 crowns (each $400+) and this was mid to end of September. So I told him that starting Oct 4th, I would have a secondary insurance, so it would be easier on me financially. To which he said to me, ""its not my teeth, but yours and you will be the one in pain"", and then something happened, he went and talked to the person who does the billings and she comes to me and says the crown would cost me just $100. I am not sure how that could be possible, but that was very unprofessional! I couldn't believe I was hearing this.
When I agreed to that price, and was in next day, and numb for the procedure, he said to me: ""This will take 30 mins or 2 hours, depending on how you are"", and when I asked him ""why two hours?"" he just got offended and was rude and brash to me, and wanted me to sign some waiver forms, and was just very nasty. I almost broke into tears, and when I wanted to be excused for a few mins, when I got back he refused to do the procedure. His name is Dr. Emmons and I would recommend people to stay away from him and their office.

I am not sure how they could bargain on a price of the crown!!!!!

Overall
Another horrible dentist.

My wait was a half an hour.

Dentist assistant was completely incompetent. I am getting tested for mercury poising due to her lack of basic knowledge.

Dentist was really nice, but completely unprofessional. Had to show the assistant how to do seemingly basic things. I felt like a test dummy. Even after showing her, she would continually forget. He even grabbed things out of her hand in the middle of drilling. I was extremely uncomfortable.

Please save yourself.

Dr. change without notification

This company may change dentists without notifying you. They also refuse to tell you where the previous dentist is practicing,

Ex -Patient

If you are looking for a dental office that treats you like a number, and tries to see as many patients as possible, and uses the cheapest materials and lab in town, then go to Bright Now Dental.

Oh, and if end up unhappy and you want to transfer to another dentist, you have to go back to their office to sign a consent form and pay $25 for copies of x-rays you already paid for. The dentist I transferred to always makes duplicates of patient's x-rays, and told me he does not charge for x-rays if a patient would like to change dentists. He also said he would send the x-rays to the new dentist - not make you go back to his office to pick them up.

He probably does not have to charge, as I doubt many patients leave his practice!
