The jail provides a range of corrective personal growth programs and services for inmates. Its facility includes a courtroom for arraignments and hearings. The jail also offers food and medical care solutions. Its educational programs include English as a Second Language, multiple offender and literacy. The Boulder County Jail additionally administers religious, substance abuse, counseling, living assistance and recreational programs. It offers information and referral services for women inmates through its Safehouse program.
