Provided by CitysearchI have had the displeasure of dealing with NW Home Appliance on two occasions and although they are prompt, the service person (Yuri) is a huge jerk. I belong to a contractor referral service and they sent me these people to fix my oven. Although the work was fine, it was expensive and Yuri is extraordinarily rude--he obviously doesn't care for dogs or children. Today he was scheduled to come out and repair my dishwasher. In the last 20 minutes of his 3 hour window, he had the gall to be upset with me about the fact that I needed to leave. I offered to reschedule and he said no, that I had already scheduled for today. I explained the problem and offered to have a neighbor let him into my house and he began to give me the ""what for"" about how inconvenient that was for him. I then offered to cancel and he told me to go ahead. He must have a lot of business because he treats customers really poorly. I am aghast that he has survived this long except that when your appliance is repaired, you're usually just happy to have it work again. NEVER AGAIN.

Provided by CitysearchI have been a client of Northwest Home Appliance for a number of years and have found their service and professionalism to be exemplary. I have had them perform repairs on our dishwasher (on several occasions) and our stove. They are knowledgeable about their work and quick to diagnose the problem. I have found their fees to be bery reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

They have promptly responded with quality service and reasonable charges. I highly recommend NW Home Appliance for your repair needs

Provided by CitysearchThe most unhelpful person answering the phone. I wonder the repair people get any work through this person who answered the phone for this business. She made her own rules about preauthorization number which I provided to her from our contract. And refused to setup any service.

Provided by CitysearchAfter PSE had turned off the gas because a gas leak in my stove I called NW home appliance and explained the situation and they said that they could come out and fix the stove so PSE would turn the gas back on. The owner came out to my house and barely walked in and said nope I can't fix the stove with the gas shut off. He didn't even try to take a look at the stove at loose pieces or anything. He just billed me 100.00 and turned around and left.
