It’s always been extremely stressful planning a vacation for the family. Nicole was real knowledgeable and made the process less stressful. She presented me with a list of questions in order to understand my needs and likes. I wasn’t really sure where I wanted to go and she was able to help me narrow that down. We ended up doing a Disneyland and California Adventure park hopper package with a 3 day 2 night Disney cruise out of San Diego with Legoland inbetween! All in budget with airfare, hotel and rental car taken care of! I researched rates and she was able to beat what Hotwire and Expedia were giving me! I recommend her to anyone and she doesn’t charge any fees! Best vacation I’ve had in a long long time.
By far the most professional travel agent I have ever used!
