Oh my goodness! This place has been ripping me off for a very long time, and I've just realized. Granted, this is my fault for not paying attention; however, today I picked up 2 shirts and a suit and was charged $40.00. When I questioned her as to how it was $40 dollars if two shirts at 99 cents a piece, and a suit cost around $38???? It was evident that she was uncomfortable answering me, and did her best to avoid eye contact. So sad, I've been going to them for a year now, and I was trying to support this small business. No more Cleanist for me.

This is the dry cleaners "Cleanist" located on Bothell-everett Highway (next to Fred Meyers).

The worst dry cleaner I've ever experienced. Grossly overcharges, and even worse, refused to take responsibility for burning the back of a dress shirt and tearing the shoulder of a vest, both items worn only once. No discussion, no explanation, no offer of a refund of any amount. Trust me, this dry cleaner (what is a "cleanist"?) should be avoided at all costs. Use the professional dry cleaner directly across the street.
