was charged for a sim card that I can't use $26.56 feel cheated after being a customer for 13 years.
Im not saying the sprint in Boston is bad I am saying Sprint as a company in general is horrible. It's the worst company and they treat their customers horribly. Someone I know was past due on payments as a matter of fact her due payment was $216 and a few cents but her total amount was around $400. She made a transaction of $300 because I mean that's the least she could do and she needed to pay it because her phone was disconnected. But after making the payment the employer tells her their going to have to put her phone on collection because she doesn't have the remainder $86 dollars. Which she would've paid if she could but she doesn't have it at the moment. It's so sad how Sprint can't even give her a break and put the phone on until she can get the $86 dollars. And even if she cant do it right that second she still paid $300 which is over the past due amount. It's not like she paid less. I you are looking for compassion and sympathy from a company if you one day can't make a payment, don't go to Sprint. They are the worst company to ever be made on this earth.
