Non-existant costumer service. Purchased bathroom vanity with counter and undercounted sink included. Vanity delivered with sink rolling around at the bottom of cabinet surrounded by glue/caulking supposed to hold it up. Box not marked fragile/sink not packed so it wouldn't fall. Dave told my husband that neither Home Depot or Lowe's sold what was necessary to reattach sink. He did generously offer to pay for supplies should my husband be able to figure it out on his own. Complained to Wayfair again and asked them to come get their vanity. Website says that we must pay to ship their defective item back to them!!!!! I strongly suggested CEO Niraj Shah contact me first thing 9.5 and agree to either pick up broken product at his expense or find a local cabinet company to come fix the sink at Mayfair's expense. Otherwise, they can have their product back, but they want me to pay for the shipping on something the delivered broken!!!!!
