The room was clean and bright. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and our inside room was quiet, with no distracting street noise. The fixtures were modern and everything worked well. The windows open at the top, so you can get fresh air. The hotel work force were all helpful and made us feel quite at home.Highly recommended!
This is a very nice hotel.Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, great work space, and free wi-fi was a plus. Nice large flat screen TV.They are knowledgeable, and spoke good English.Overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!!!
What a lovely hotel, clean rooms at all times, food excellent & all the crew from the top to the service maids, were well mannered, pleasant, and approachable. The prices were reasonable too.The pool was really nice and clean, plenty of sun loungers, and a great sun trap.Would recommend to all my friends and family.
Fantastic location! Everything including the museums, restaurants, and night-life were short resplendent walks away. Cosy, comfortable, clean rooms. The service was auspicious and impeccable. Very decent buffet breakfast at the gorgeous cafe.I loved the hotel and would surely go again.......

I have uploaded pictures to accompany this.
With the setting of the hotel, and the price, I expected it to be better than average. I was wrong. I have stayed at cheap hotels/motels before, and they were A LOT cleaner than this place. I ended up having to switch rooms twice. Even in the room I settled for, there was dust caked in the air vents that I could wipe off with my finger-- which means that a feather duster could get it, too, if anyone bothered. In my first 2 rooms, there was so much dust it was grey/black on the furniture, walls, and window sills. The curtains had traces of mold and dirty finger prints. My toddler found a shiny nail just lying in the middle of the floor. Paint came off the walls if you brushed past them (all over my clothes, luggage, etc.). There were holes punched in the wallpaper as if large pictures had been hanging and they just decided to rip them down.
Let's talk about room size: My first room was tiny, and I thought that's how the rooms were supposed to be. It was the size of a walk-in closet. When I got to my second room, it was HUGE, but with the same furniture, same bed size, etc. The third room was the size of a normal hotel room. I'm sort of glad that room number one was dirty, because if it hadn't been, I'd have been living in a closet for a week and known none the better. I actually had not even asked to switch rooms, I had asked for the rooms to be cleaned, but that seemed like too much of a bother for them. I guess they didn't care that dragging my family's luggage around was a bother for me.
The elevators are very frightening-- they shake violently and make odd noises. I have stayed in ""historic"" hotels before, and their elevators were not like that, so there is no excuse.
The staff is nice, but I will never stay here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone but a health inspector.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem getting to the hotel and they helped me navigate my way around town with great directions and when I arrived the front desk people were very kind and made me feel at home. The hotel is in a great spot in the city and the room had everything I needed.
I stayed at Boston Park Plaza last month. This hotel Boston is so lovely. I like it because the place. Every thing is at side you can walk to the main attractions without issue. I feel protected too. The bed are very comfortable and also has a very excellent service.
Boston Park Plaza is a Nice hotel. This hotel provide clean room, in a very well kept, traditional style hotel. Comfortable beds, in a surprisingly spacious room (we booked the petite). Good size bathroom, HD t.v. and good in room coffee making facilities.
The hotel built in 1927 was historical and nostalgic yet had a modern feel. The staff was friendly and courteous. There were numerous restaurants on the ground level. The room was comfortable. We were close to public transportation and within walking distance of many historic places in Boston. We would definitely stay there again.
This hotel is in a great place for viewing all the websites Boston offers- many just a short walk away. I especially eenjoyed getting a coffee from the store just outside the place and consuming it in the Boston Public Home gardens, which were only a half prevent away from the place. The hotel personnel was helpful, beneficial, and provided a amazing eating place suggestions.

The food, service and beautiful atmosphere at Pairings at the Boston Park Plaza was great..I didn't feel the need to go outside the hotel, during a one night stay recently. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and luxurious for the price. The staff from valet to housekeeping, to doorman, to front desk, to waitress were great. I will stay here again and also loved the location near subway, Newbury St., etc.
My colleague agreed.! :)

I had read the rooms were cramped, but when I arrived that was not the case. It was apparent that the hotel had simply knocked out every other wall, turning one-bed mini-rooms into two-bed large rooms. Consequently, we also had two full bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning easy. The beds were soft and comfortable, with the right number of pillows. The room felt spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Just a block off the Public Gardens and the Boston Commons, I enjoyed the area for it's cafes, T proximity, and ample running paths on the nearby esplanade.
There were only a couple minor complaints: a noisy heating/cooling system that would kick on periodically and no wireless internet. At the price for the hotel, I shouldn't have to pay $10/day to hook up to your cable: free, secure wireless internet is provided at Days Inns and Red Roof Inns, sure the Park Plaza could figure it out.
