Fish was not fresh at all...and the service was super slow even the place was nearly empty on Friday night.
I mean, the waitress was nice and ok, but our martinis came out in 10 min after we order, our food took so long to come out so we had to miss the movie.
We had vegetable and shrimp tempura but it very greasy and I know because they used old oil.
I wouldn't go there for sushi or Japanese food.
I'd stick with Shiki or Shabu Shabu TOKI for Japanese food.

First, the place was pretty nice decor and we kind of thought it was a bar lounge or something.
We ordered most authentic Japanese food, some Korean and of course a few sushi, but I have to say everything was just awful!
First we started with korean pancake, and it was very thick(nothing like korean style) and too oily. The sauce was too sweet.
The hot-pot udon noodle was over cook, and the broth was flat, very salty and no flavor. We also had Agi-dasi Tofu but we think they don't know how to prepare it. It came out as a soup dish, which I never had anything like it in any other Japanese restaurant. The soup(?) was awfully sweet and just taste of plain soy sauce. Also we had some Korean oyster and pork dish, which was horrible. Actually the pork meat was only the fat part and the oyster wasn't even fresh! My friend got noxious after eating it.
We also had a few things from sushi bar. Tuna sashimi was not fresh at all, so we claimed to a server and the server brought us a manager(owner?) and they both said it is fresh tuna. We've told them we know how the fresh tuna was taste like, but they asked us to pay for it even we only had a bite of a piece. We thought the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional.
Everything was overpriced for what they've got. We'd recommend not to waste your money there.

Had dinner here last saturday with the girls. We remebered it from back in the day when it was called something else and figured we would just give it a try. Our very polite waitress told us the special of the night was something called ""sxy maki"" and that it was very unique and the specialy of the house so we went for it hoping it wouldn't come back to haunt us! It came to us nicely presented and it was AMAZING. Spicy tuna maki with little wedges of lime on top and some secret sauce...sooooo good we ordered another one!
Excellent selection of specialty rolls, and sake. Very cool atmosphere, good service and most importantly FRESH, FRESH fish.

I eat here all the time. I have no idea what the previous post was about, but this place serves the freshest fish around! All of the staff and sushi chefs are great. They are always adding new rolls to their menu and the place has been recently renovated. Go see for yourself.

Yeah, kinda cool for disco and sushi, but this place is just not right. The sushi rice was hard (wasn't cooked corectly), fish was ok, not that fresh, the embiance is just wrong. I didn't know if it was me or me in the wrong place, but the ""sport bar"" kinda sushi bar where people are just rude, chefs yelling at each other in Chinese... I didn't enjoy anything from this place. For me, dining out can be relaxed with polite service ('cause I'm paying, not free), food has to be restaurant grade, not like this place. From my understanding, sushi has to be served bite size, not huge pieces to feed a hippo. Just no class here.
