The Office of Health and Human Services offers a range of solutions for the well-being of individuals. It administers the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, which includes health education, healthy food and related services. The office also provides work-related safety and health solutions. The Office of Health and Human Services also offers online services. Its Bureau of Substance Abuse Services oversees the substance abuse and gambling prevention and treatment solutions. The office also administers the Massachusetts Tobacco Control Program (MTCP), which works to improve the public health. The Office of Health and Human Services is governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
