Commercial Wharf West Realty Trust

Avoid renting in this building! There's constant HVAC issues and water leaking problems (right on my bed!). The building management doesn't care at all about fixing anything. The central air systems puts out warm air and my last summer there was miserable. There's also mold problems from the a/c which ruined my sofa. Don't be fooled by the nice location, this building is a mess.
