Scott M. Brazina Sr. Marketing guy!I would not do business with this company if he works there. He is not a loyal person. Not a loyalist!
At first I felt like I was experiencing a "Seinfeld" moment feeling like Costanza going delusional for feeling like some elusive sweet-acting hustler swindled me. However a sigh of relief came over me when I saw reviews echoing similar woes on Yelp.comWhat reeled me into having her alter three of my favorite pants was my experience having Sophia alter my daughter’s dress for a "Quinceanera". My wife couldn't stop giving her accolades on a job well done on the dress and how her friend, a loyal customer for years, recommended Sophia highly. After reviewing the job with my wife and having her explain the in's and out's of the alterations what sold me was the price--$20. This was commendable for I would think that a dress is a little bit more complicated than hemming pants...Unfortunately the hems on all three pants were too short. A classic case of the customer is always right. So now I was stuck with several "high-waters" ready to cross streams! After a moment, I came to terms and considered that the least she could do was unroll the hem job and salvage whatever length of the pants to correct their lengths. Up until this point I wasn't even compelled to post any reviews on her yet. It's what happened next that appalled me. I had my wife take the pants because my schedule is super packed and the only reason why I had time to take my pants initially was because I did so during a vacation break. I also thought if Sophia saw an old customer who she pleased with her craftsmanship, then maybe there would be some alleviation that I didn't totally dismiss her abilities and that she could make things right. I'm sorry to say that she immediately dropped her old world charm and went cold-pan hustler and without budging told my wife that it would cost an additional $5 per pants to fix them. Man!!! This is what basically compelled me to post up this experience.
Shocked at how skimpy this meal was for $23.00 at least add more home fries & another strip of bacon! Extremely disappointed, appointments at MGH,just wanted quiet place for breakfast....should have eaten at the MGH cafeteria nothing special about this place. People on death row get better meals....it is a former jail.Food negative 5 stars.
This shop helps me save time and energy. The service they offer is amazingly great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Always the BEST! In every way that matters! Enough said. 5 stars! Now, I have stayed here many times, have dined here and have attended charity events and galas. I would call it one of the nicest in Boston, along with XV Beacon and Mandarin Oriental (love their spa!) The people who work at the Westin are very professional and have a good attitude. That means a lot to guests. Love this hotel , in the nice bustling energetic heart of one of the best cities ever IMO Boston! You will never be disappointed here.
Exquisite! I recommend the lunches. Their brunch is surpassed by none! I enjoy the ambience and although it is a small dining room, that only makes it more exclusive. Their pate is the best ever. They know how to cook eggs too. Believe me many brunch places do not. We come here a lot and shop the incredible Antique Shops along Charles Street. My brother lives on Beacon Hill and also loves this bistro. My mother and I have purchased so many gorgeous antiques and chandeliers from the nearby antique shops. Always a worldly experience on quaint Beacon Hill, the best neighborhood in all of Boston! You will love the service here and parking is not too bad, believe it or not. I do recommend the chcken (dinner menu) I had it a few months ago, their menu can change, so make sure you check it all out online first. Bonne Nuit!
Absolutely the greatest customer service in Southie. My clothes always come home fresh and spotless. I must mention their folding because it's impeccable. Definitely would recommend this place, only $1/Ib !
If you want an intimate, classy, authentic flavor of the North End, then this is where you go. The ambiance is great, the cocktails are unique and deliciously hand crafted, (not to mention a wonderful bar staff that pours a damn good old fashion), and the pizzas are marvelous. I was recently in town on vacation and stumbled across this place though this site and I'm sure glad I did. I will be hitting it up next time for sure.
Go here if you want your nice stuff to disappear. 10x calling to the VP, 5x going to the store, nope, nobody cared. And how come the stuff that's lost is the most expensive things I own. This is a big impersonal company with a huge laundry factory, I suspect people are stealing stuff from there. And they are full of it, on top of it, everyone says "too bad, I just work here, sorry"
