Having previously bought two homes, Evodna is hands down the best Realtor I have had the opportunity to work with. Imagine trying to sell a house from another state? Well that's what we did and Michael made it a very easy approachable process. He made the property look great and basically got stuff done that needed doing. The fact that I was far away and sometimes hard to contact didn't stop him or his enthusiasm in getting the property sold. Even after closing he was kind enough to take care of a few odds and ends. Straight shooter. Quick Communicator. Solid Advocate. Really appreciate his hard work and help in dealing with a complicated out of state sale from an estate with a house in "as is" condition.

I never got the feeling that my property was less of a priority, even though I know it had to be on the lower end of the price spectrum. Really really great service and just an all around good guy.

If I could give more stars I would!!! We started our search for a realtor again after the attempted sale of our home with a previous realtor failed miserably. We were a bit discouraged to say the least. Our online search led us to Michael Villalpando of Team Lytle. His reviews were impressive so we decided to give him a call. We scheduled a meeting and he came to our home. He was very honest and informative and assured us that he was confident our home would sell in a timely manner. He was always very professional, keeping us informed through the entire process. Our home was on the market for a little less than 2 days and we already had 2 showings scheduled and a 3rd requesting a showing. By the end of the 2nd day we already had a contract with a potential buyer. It only took 31 days total from listing to closing and our home was sold! We were very impressed to say the least! We highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You won't regret it if you choose him. He is hands down the best in the business!!!!

OK, so I have say, that never in a million years would I ever think that I would be a home owner. I always heard how much a pain in the behind it was to buy a house and how there were all these hoops. Also, that you would get blind sided left and right with problems and it would take months and months.

Come to find out, it is all about the agents you get! On a whelm my wife and I decided to look at homes in our area and came across what would be our new home. We sent a little auto message to the realtors (which was Adam Lytle's office) super late on a Saturday night from an app. The next day we received a phone call from Joel Kitterlin and set up a walk through. We put in a bid that day and It was all smooth sailing from there. We were in our new home in a months time.

Joel was on point with everything. If I had a question, he was quick to find the answer for me. God bless him, I had a lot of questions. He just about held my hand the whole way. Telling me what to expect and was always very friendly and down to earth about everything. He helped make it easy and it felt like he really wanted to make sure I walked away with the whole experience being pleasant.

If I ever need a realtor again, I will 100% call up Joel again. He was amazing
