        Pleasant neighborhood, but speeding problems!!!

        I have lived here for three years, much longer than anticipated, but has been a very nice place to live. Management is very nice, lots are large and reasonably priced, large driveway, and a playground. The flaws of the neighborhood consist of small streets, SPEEDING (could be solved with speedbumps), lot rent goes up every year, must dump your own trash, gas meters are an eyesore and inconvenient, playground needs a fort or jungle gym, not city water and it tastes HORRIBLE and leaves stains.
