Magnolia Title-

I recently closed with Magnolia Title and was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their closing team throughout my entire closing process. I was also impressed with how friendly everyone working there was and how comfortable I felt while going through the nervous yet exciting transaction of buying my first home. I would highly recommend Magnolia Title to everyone.

I was left waiting on the phone for over 8 minutes. The office assistant continously picked up and asked me to continue to hold. Finally after 8 minutes she returned with an apology and asked if she could take my name and number so that someone could return my call. It would have made more sense and I would have appreciated it if she asked for my name and number in the begining instead of waisting my time and cell phone minutes. Un professional and bad judgement.
