I would not recommend this place to anyone who has found anything from them online bc they'll get rid of it right out from under you. Drove 2 1/2 hrs out of our way to find out that the car wasnt even there anymore, when I contacted them & had appointment setup to look at the vehicle. Save your time & go to Orr across the road they straight forward & where we found a vehicle at.

I took my car here to have it rekeyed because my car was stolen and they lyed and said they reprogrammed everything the car was stolen again because they didn't do what they said they did

The service department is a joke I had a light switch that was broken it takes less than 5 minutes to switch it out ,but they told me it would be 2 weeks before they can get to me WON'T BUY ANOTHER DODGE PRODUCT AND RECOMMEND THAT MY COMPANY DON'T BUY ANY MORE AT THE NEXT MAINTENANCE MEETING

Screw Denny Rogers like he will screw you . I bought a Ram 1500 brand new it would not crank it was in the shop 5 times in five weeks they could not seem to fix it I ask for a car to drive they let me drive a jeep when I returned it the next day Denny Rogers said if this truck comes back to this shop the next rent car is on you I said like hell this truck is brand new not very good place to buy a car after the sale your screwed . Landers sucks . I went to Herberts town and country and traded it in no more problems thanks

I touch my 3/4 dodge in for brake shoes on the rear was told around 250.00 all day got a bill for 756.00 be sure you get it in writing!!!!

I bought my Avenger brand new from Landers and around a year later have wiring problems causing half the lights to stop working (headlights, brake lights, fog lights). I schedule an appointment with Landers service center and plan to leave the car over the weekend, having a friend take time off work with me on a Friday to drop it off. Show up at Landers and they have no one qualified to work on it till the next week, after THEY had confirmed this scheduled appointment. I leave and after a month or so I reschedule. I dropped off the car Wednesday 4/16 at 7:30 am and as of today not only have I not received a call regarding progress of the repair, on Saturday I get a call from the service department asking me why I missed my scheduled appointment Wednesday morning. They had not record that I dropped my car off, so it hasn't even been looked at yet. I have bought my car and my wifes car from Landers and had ALL work from oil changes and tire rotations to transmission and radiator flushes done there. As of today I swear that I will NEVER spend another penny of my money there.

I took my son to LANDERS to purchase his first car. I had been saving this money since he was 9 yrs. old. I also have been dealing with the company for 20 years. So I considered myself to be a committed customer. my salesman sold my son a car for 4600..He said they will service it we can pick it up at 5pm.picked up the car, less than 24 hours later leaking trans. fluid ,radiator fluid, it jumps or something. So I called the dealership, they have no remorse. Well they told me it was serviced --the dealer said. Ok well I don't have $4600. to give away.I have been saving this money since he was 9. My trust has been dwindled to nothing, my salesman looked in my face ,h knew my situation but he robbed me and my child. Now he doesn't have the benefit of knowing what patience and hardwork gets him..because apparently he was ripped off. I feel horrible for recommending Landers. Never again. Janice chapman

Love my 2013 dodge dart limited edition!!!

We had a awesome salesman named Chris!! Love my car and got a great deal and they even did everything to help get my payments where I wanted them!! Haven't used the service department yet! But was very happy with my salesman!!!




Terrible service department. After two weeks of trying to get my 2011 ram (still under warranty) in to have a misfiring cylinder fixed, I dropped my truck off Monday for the appointment and was told "we'll get it taken care of " I get a call saying their original technician isn't trained enough to fix the will be one more day until it will be looked at. I told them it was fine but I had to have the truck by Saturday bc I am going out of town to get my kids Monday morning. Friday rolls around...I have no calls, no info. I call to find the still hasn't been looked at. Ok...Saturday I call and "it's the next one to be in the shop". I told them I had to have the truck by the end of the day weather it is fixed or not.. 4pm...service is closed, no one called...can't get my truck. I called the sales GM and he tells me he will have someone call me about the truck, NO CALL! I just took a cab to the dealership to get my's still not fixed, check engine light is still on, and I was told....that's too bad, other people are in the same boat. So, I am not only writing this for me, but the other people in this boat too. Find another dealership....these guys are terrible.



Horrible customer service

I brought my jeep in to get the ac looked at having partial knowledge of what was already wrong but it is an issue that has to be taken care of by taking off the dashboard. Upon bringing it in I signed an agreement agreeing to what I THOUGHT to be a $58 diagnostic fee. I decided to bring it elsewhere and went to pick up my car only to be told I owed a total of $112. When I asked what the $98 was she told me it was the diagnostic fee. When I told her I thought he put $58 she jokingly said oh he has bad handwriting. She called the man into the office and even told him she thought I was right and he just said no it's $98. I started to tell him maybe he should fix his handwriting or next time say it out loud and he just continued to walk out the door. I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND APPALLED BY THEIR BEHAVIOR AND THEIR LACK OF REMORSE!
