I have been shopping at the Kroger's in South Bossier City for 20+ years and our family of four spends about $1000 a month there a month and that all ends today, I have had some problems in the past but nothing major. There is rude Brenda, but balanced with sweat Glenda. But today I was treated poorly by not one, not two but yes three employees in a row, so i asked for the manager and he apologized for his employee's and said he was going to make it up to me... and did nothing. Well Kroger's there is a brand new Wal-Mart neighborhood store opening right next door to you and I had been torn emotionally wither to stay with my Kroger's or jump ship and go to Wal-Mart. Thank you for helping me make that decision. If Kroger's has no loyalty to it's customers then we should not worry about having any loyalty to Kroger's right??
There customer service at this store is awful. I've need assistance twice and they have been rude and unwilling to help or even ask a manager to help me. I asked if there was a phone number I could call and the girl refused to give me one. Please don't go there if you require assistance from the us toner service desk. You will leave without any assistance and very unhappy. I wish I could give negative stars for this store
