Originally I spoke to Joe Green about the 2008 Dodge Caravan. I made an appointment, but came in earlier than that and Brett Havener helped me out. He honored what Joe Green and I had agreed upon. They were able to get the window tinted and drop the price of the van. Since then I have had nothing but issues with the van and the service department. Joe and Brett have tried their best to get the van looked at. It has taken weeks to get the problem fixed. I did buy the additional warranty they offered. I would like someone to look at the Service department. When you have an appointment they should be able to look at it at that time. They say the appointment is just to drop it off. As a single mother I bought this van praying it would be reliable transportation. Haley told my mother that she is not the one who bought a vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it. It has 98,000 miles on it. I bought a 2003 Dodge caravan with 103,000 miles on it and NEVER had this man issues with that vehicles. I bought the 2003 from Chevy Land maybe buying it from Dodge was the wrong way to go.
