Wish I could give no stars. He was nice and let all non African American people try on anything. For my two teenagers he only let them try on 1 thing at a time and said it was policy. He was so rude. Don't shop here.

Tried to make exchange. Refused because did not have receipt. Did not want money back just exchange. Will not be back
I will not use this embroidery service again. I took a fleece pullover there to be embroidered for Christmas. When I went to pick up the pullover, I saw that the initials were embroidered in the wrong order. The employee acknowledged the mistake, said it was due to an internal miscommunication, and offered to take the stitching out and redo it. I asked if redoing the embroidery would damage the shirt or if the previous holes would be noticeable. She said she would try to realign the letters so that it would not be noticeable.I returned to pick up the pullover and saw that not only were the previous holes very noticeable but that the pullover had been obviously damaged when the stitching was taken out. I said I was unhappy with the work and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager was too busy with other orders to speak with me (I was the only customer in the store). I was offered store credit for the embroidery service but luckily I had not paid in advance, and I had no intention of paying at that point. I explained that I was disappointed in the work they had done and that I was now out the cost of the pullover plus the shipping. I was told that the store is not responsible for outside products, and that they would not provide any compensation for the cost of the pullover or the shipping. I could be more understanding if it was not for the attitude I encountered: the employees telling me the manager was too busy to talk to a dissatisfied customer whose product had been ruined; the "my bad" and "it was just a mistake/miscommunication" responses to my concerns; and the employee tossing the pullover to the floor behind the counter when I said I didn't feel comfortable giving it as a gift since it was damaged. This owner/manager must not be interested in repeat customers if the employees are encouraged to treat customers in this manner.

Do you guys have a corporate? I was trying to speak with someone about the employees Bossier City, La very childish and unprofessional. I've been shopping in this store since the day it open. I went on yesterday hadnt been in a month and I was told before I could try on a dress I have to be seached. Everyone gets searched! Now thats a lie. I was then told if I dont like it I can speak with a manager as the young lady laughed. I decline and walked away. I called the store on this morning to speak with a manager the laughed covered up the phone said the manager come in at 12 so I ask for corporate number then I was told the store manager is in. So disrespectful childish unprofessional and unethical. Please dont waste your money or time.
I love thisplace....very organized and well kept
