I take no pleasure in giving negative reviews, but sometimes bad reviews are earned and I'd be negligent not to say anything. Such is the case with this...***Completely Incompetent Pharmacy*** I was on vacation in LA and needed a specially compounded prescription because, unfortunatley, I hadn't brought enough capsules from home. I called my Dr. in AZ and had a prescription sent to this Benzer location on a Monday morning. I called Benzer before 9 AM that same Monday and gave them everything they needed to send the prescription to me in NOLA, the address, room number, credit card, phone number, everything!Tuesday I followed up, reconfirmed the address...not ready.Wednesday 3:30 PM called to follow up, not ready but "they'll try" to get it out because I'm leaving Friday. I asked her to call me to confirm if they could get it out.An hour later someone called, but I didn't hear the phone. The message was "we close in 30 minutes call to confirm where you want the prescription sent." THEY ALREADY HAD THE INFORMATION FOR THREE DAYS AND I HAD CONFIRMED THE ADDRESS TWO TIMES!The end part of my trip was severaly compromised without the medication.I just wish someone had used common sense, read the infromation that I gave them and sent out the prescription before it was too late.I was disappointed and really angry that I took the time to make sure they had everything they needed right off the bat and they couldn't follow through. Luckily, I have access to much better pharmacies in AZ.And now I see that the prescription was charged to me even though I never got it! Apparently it was EASY to get my credit card correct, but too hard to read the damn address where to send it!
Literally the WORST PHARMACY IN SHREVEPORT/BOSSIER. The place is slow enough but when the stuttering guy works, you see lines around the building from the drive thru. They tell you.... "you should've backed up and come in" lmao. How? There's 12 cars behind me and 6 in front of me, waiting in line too! They are the slowest, rudest group of people I've ever come across at ANY convenience store. Chain or not. At least most other S'port-Bossier Walgreens pharmacies can get your prescription done in a reasonable amount of time. The group at Airline Dr & She'd Rd? Lololol. RIIIGGGGHHHHHHTTTTT. If you consider waiting an hour for a prescription when NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE STORE OR DRIVE THRU...reasonable. I don't.
The worst bunch of people I've ever dealt with,don't honor good rx,or prescription cards on the other hand the store is wonderful and the staff is always nice,fire the pharmacy get a whole new crew,just saying thanks
The employees are rude as hell! If u call in a RX they tell u a hour and a half. The last time I called of was 5pm and didn't get the RX until 11pm. I was told it was ready earlier so I went to pick it up only to find out they never started it. They hangup on u so fast. The pharmacist was having a whole conversation with someone he knew in the drive thru anthers was like 9 people waiting. The employees were just walking around like customers were not there. One chick was more concerned with her register than helping people.
Fast & great prices! They do free delivery and will even pick your prescription up.
I have been a good customer since this store was built on Benton Rd. There is a store employee that treated me with so much rudeness that I will never be back again. He is a skinny white guy that talks like he is trying to be black, it is too bad I don't know his name so I could tell the owner. When owners let employees treat customers terribly they show that they just don't care who they hire to interact with their customers. I have spent $986 Dollars since January 2012 to July 29, 2012 and much more since the store opened. I guess that is not enough to treat customers better. TAKE THAT SIGN THAT SAYS "Only Employees are Allowed in the Cooler Area" AND PUT IT LOWER - AT EYE LEVEL SO CUSTOMERS WILL NOTICE IT EASIER. I was allowed in the cooler before this current owner. Though much more negative things were said to me by this employee, telling me that I cannot read and to get the *ell out of here in a very vicious tone and implying that I am a dumb a** is just not right.
