1st time there and the service was HORRIBLE!! The girl at the register was rude and the food wasn't all that good.I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRR GO BACK!!!
Food is great, but service is terrible. Staff is extremely rude. Have been several times with same result. Girl behind register would not even achknowledge I was there until she was finished texting and talking to other girl behind counter. Rude on the phone and rude in person. It's no wonder they are going out of business.

I spent $280 on a Friday. I came home & washed a cute little burnout tank so I could wear it to workout on Monday. When I removed it from the gentle cycle, the seams on one of the sleeves had come unraveled. Monday, I tried to exchange it for the same shirt. Odelia, the manager wouldn't allow the exchange because it had been washed. I understand their clothes are cheap because they're not high quality, but they should survive at least one wash. I will never shop at Forever 21 in Pierre Bossier Mall again. One more thing, Odelia, get your nose out of the air...NEWSFLASH...you work at a discount clothing store.

it's because the cops let things like "backwards caps" go that we now see the ridiculous things i'm about to speak of. give people an inch and they will take a mile.within 5 minutes of being at this dump i saw about 10 pair of underwear. 75% of the people there had sagging pants, one guy had his hands down his pants, teenagers were feeling each other up in the arcade. if i was by myself i might have felt safe but with a wife and child with me, i did not feel safe. i found myself steadily looking behind us to make sure we were not going to get mugged. for SOME reason i thought that there was suppose to be people patrolling the boardwalk to keep things like this from happening. i even recall there being a rule at one time that you could not even have on a backwards baseball cap. NOW me, my wife, and son can not walk without seeing the underwear of every teenage boy and grown man there. we will never go back and no wonder this place can not make any money. the people that would actually spend money there, rather than just walk around loitering like most people there, do not go. they go to decent places.
My husband and I had our first visit to Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro in Bossier City last night to celebrate Valentines day. Our visit was horrendous to say the least. First we get there around 7:00 and there is a 30-45 minute wait which we expected. We signed in to get a table and decided to have a few drinks at the bar while we waited. This was actually the best part of our supposed to be "romantic" evening out. Eventually waiting we got seated at a EXTREMELY small table for two right undeneath an air conditioning vent. Which was blowing at full force in FEBRUARY! We discused it and decided not to complain, but the kicker was when I ordered a steak and the waitress brought me a BROKEN knife to cut my $30.00 filet meal with. At that point I asked to speak to a manager. I think the manager that came to the table was about 12 years old, however she did attempt to make things right and moved us to a more comfortable location where our food was waiting. I had ordered the $27-28 anyway $30 with tax garlic filet meal cooked medimum. My steak was smothered with HUGE HUNKS of RAW garlic, (I was under the impression that it would have been sauteed after reading the menu) and overcooked to medimum well done, and extremely dry! My husband ordered that paneed chicken over crawfish linguini, a $16 dish the chicken was excellent great flavor on the breading but still overcooked and dry, it was the crawfish linguini however that was the real dissapointment, it had little to no flavor, and little to no sauce. Neither one of us finished our entrees, and as we had already complained once, we didn't want to be a problem or a nuiscance. We paid our bill and left, and decided next time we want to spend good money on a good meal we will go elsewhere. Needless to say we were VERY dissapointed about nearly our whole visit.
