Prompt!! Melissa knew the exact location of the condos and arrived when promised. She surveyed the situation and found out that we needed fire brick panels. Unfortunately she didn't do that kind of work but did all of the measurements and contacted a local dealer for us. Being from out of town and trying to help out our niece, we appreciated her honesty and help. She stated that where we thought was a problem, wasn't and no need for her to do unnecessary work.
