I'm disappointed that as a long time customer we listened to the staff in the salon. We followed their recommendation and we requested our account be put on hold. After updating our account we were told we would not be charged, but to our amazement we continued to be billed and not put on hold. When went back to the salon, the same person acted as if that never happened and tried to sell me a new membership at a much higher rate, who does that? The unfortunate part is we walked away like they could care less. I would look for a more honest group if you want to tan.
