The people who work at this location have NO idea what customer service truly means. The majority of the employees at this location are arrogant and inconsiderate. Long story short, i deposited a check the night prior so i could pay a bill with my card. I specifically asked the teller about any fees that could be associated with my account. She told me (and she was training someone) there were no fees, that the check i was depositing would be safe. Next day, i went in to pull some cash from the ATM.. insufficient funds. Come to find out, there was a fee. The 'manager' refused to refund the fee, even though it was their emoloyee who gave me incorrect information. Worst part was the blonde, who obviously was in charge, was rude and very unprofessional. Instead of trying to make things right, jnstead of dealing with me directly, she kept instructing the teller on what to say and how to deal with me. Like she was to good to take care of me?? I was standing right in front of her! I've never had a bank employee make me feel so unimportant. She refused to refund it and never once apologized for the mix up. Little did she know, my sister is the shift manager at another location. She refunded the money and took care of me. Rudest service i ever had. Train your employees better! I would not recommend banking with people who don't know their own rules. Obviously, you should have someone who doesnt know what they're talking about, training your new employees. Also, teach your 'managers' how to politely deal with misunderstandings. I bring my money to you! I chose to bank with you! I expect to be treated with some respect. Instead, you have me the pleasure of.dealing with someone who was not impathetic to my situation, did absolutly nothing to help me, and did a GREAT job of making me feel like an insignificant second class citizen.
