After trying dozens of different diets I decided to try the services of a personal trainer. John is amazing. He has a wonderful way of motivating and keeping workouts fresh. He adapted my workouts to meet my physical limitations without compromising results. 20 pounds lighter and incresed flexabliity with a major reduction in arthritis pain! He listens to concerns and about lifestyle and came up with a very workable food program that works with my unusual schedule. Melanie gives excellent massages and has much expertise in helping aid and solve everyday aches and pains that we all tend to live with! John has been great with nutrition advice and personal training! Since I've utilized their services I've been able to successful find a healthy diet that works for me. Drop 4% in body fat!
