Never would I have ever thought a business that deals with grieving families be so completely and unbelievably disrespectful. Lindsey at the Springfield MO location is only worried about one thing and empathy isn't it.
After making three trips including the final decision trip with our son's family to find the right headstone for his final resting place I walked out of their "showroom" when she called us ridiculous. We didn't want to compromise. Her pushy sales approach and smack you on the forehead technique was so offensive she obviously needs to reconsider her career.

Our son passed away.

She obviously doesn't care about the state of trauma we are in. On what planet does calling us ridiculous is that ok?

My son is gone. No one can bring him back. But I can and will direct some of my frustrations on this company regarding their sales tactics and the way they try and take advantage of families that may appear to be vulnerable.

Lindsey, you should be ashamed of yourself.

To the owners, we expect an apology. And short of that I personally will be filing reviews so often and on so my sites you will have a difficult time keeping up.

My mission is to tell everyone you're terrible.
