        Very nice and extremely helpful in setting up our new phones! Becky stayed after she was off to make sure everything was working! She went above and beyond!

        Horrible experience at the store in Bolivar located at 920 South Springfield Ave Suite B. Went in for a protective cover for my IPhone and the service rep Ron Hanner installed the clear protective cover and housing. He did a very poor installation causing large blotches covering the viewing screen. He had kept pulling the clear cover off trying to get it centered only making the situation worse even to where the corners/edges were pealing. He said that was just the "way it is". Even the speaker switch on the side would not work and would just power up and stay there not being adjustable. I told him I wanted a new cover and he demanded a restocking fee for what he had damaged. I will not be returning to this store. No customer service and very poor attitudes. I left without a cover and called Verizon for a credit and ordered a new cover from them
